Within the framework of our work arising from the legislation and legal regulations related to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), ThingTells has prepared this Disclosure (“Information Text”) for the Processing of Personal Data in order to enlighten the persons who own this data about the processing, storage and transfer of their personal data.

The Information Text will be valid as of the date of publication. If necessary, changes can be made to the Information Text. Any changes take effect when the Information Text is published at www.grungard.com.  Anyone who uses the site, the mobile app, agrees to this document.

Consent Text for the Processing of Personal Data

We would like to inform you about the activities carried out on www.grungard by Acar Yat Dizayn. There is no membership requirement to shop at www.grungard.com, a direct sales and e-commerce website. Membership is not a prerequisite in order to buy products from our site and to make purchases.  Although it is possible to shop without a membership, the membership option is designed for users who want to automatically fill their data in their future purchases. In order to benefit from these conveniences and benefits, some of your personal data may need to be processed, shared with our contracted professional partners and saved in our programs and/or systems provided by our stakeholders in the field of technology for the purposes listed below.

As per KVKK article 11, you have the right

• To find out if your personal data has been processed,
• To request information about your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred to nationally or internationally,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation,
• When you request the correction of your missing or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request that your personal data be notified to the third parties to whom it is transferred,
• Objecting to the result in case of a negative result by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems, and
• To request compensation for this damage if your personal data is damaged due to unlawful processing

Your personal data which is collected, upon receiving your express concent, will be processed and shared with the third parties we use to this end with the purpose of carrying out campaigns, sweepstakes and competitions, increasing customer satisfaction, measuring and improving brand perception, carrying out market research and survey processes, customizing the products and services offered by the Company according to your preferences, usage habits and needs, and in this context, advertising, promotion, campaigns and similar messages are sent to the communication channel you prefer to communicate with.

For What Purposes Can Your Personal Data Be Transferred and to Whom? 

Subject to article 8 of the Law, your personal data which is collected in line with the above-mentioned objectives may be transferred our dealers, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private legal entities within the framework of the processing conditions specified in this article of the Law. 

What is the Method of and Legal Reason for Collection Your Personal Data? 

Your personal data will be collected by our Company electronically, based on your interaction with the website, call center, mobile application, social media, phone calls, in-house systems and in physical environment through retailers and authorized dealers/services and processed for the following legal reasons; 

Providing you with products and services and after-sales services

and provision of contractual services and the performance of the contract, 

Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right for the evaluation of your claims and complaints,

As a Relevant Person, based on the article 11 of the Law, we inform you that you have the following rights:

2. To request information about your personal data if it has been processed, 
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, 
4. To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred nationally or internationally, 
5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or inaccurate processing and to request notification of the action carried out within this scope to third parties to whom the personal data are transferred, 
6. To request deletion or destruction of personal data in case of elimination of the reasons requiring its processing, even though it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant provisions of the law, and to request that the action carried out within this scope be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred, 
7. To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, 
8. To request compensation for damages in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the action also requires a fee, you may be charged according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
